How long does it take for my order to be delivered ? 

  • Once your order(s) have been placed it will take 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & National Holidays) to be processed after payment has been verified. 


  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience !

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.

 

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery in 7-21 business days depending on the destination country.

Please Note: International orders are subject to extra taxes & fees beyond our control. The shipping fee does not include those extra fees and are the responsibility of the customer(s).

After processing is completed, we will send you a tracking number immediately.

Please Note: Your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect in the system.

Do you offer free shipping ?

Yes, free shipping will automatically apply to all U.S order only. All international orders incur shipping costs.

What shipping service do you use ? 

  • We use USPS for all of our orders. 

 My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do ?

  • USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Shipping Address Issues

GodFirstWeChase™️ WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

I was sent the wrong item, how can I go about getting the correct item ? 

Simply contact us with your name, order number, email used for the order & a picture of the item via email at info@godfirstwechase.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
