- How do I care for my apparel ?
As we strive for quality product(s) we advise our supporters that for the best results, wash your items inside-out in cold water and hang them to dry. Avoid using bleach or high heat to maintain the quality.
Pre-Orders
- How do pre-orders work ?
When you place a pre-order, you’re securing your item before it officially launches. This ensures you don’t miss out on limited-edition drops or restocks.
- When will I receive my pre-ordered item ?
Pre-order timelines are listed on the product page. Once the item is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Can I cancel a pre-order ?
Pre-orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not allowed as the item is already in production.
- Can I combine pre-orders with in-stock items ?
Yes, but please note that your order will ship once all items (including pre-orders) are ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
