We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, please send us an email at info@godfirstwechase.com please include : order number, name and email used on the order.

 

Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

 

If you are shipping an item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
